Cultic Halo
Tier Set [3 tiers]
[Tier 1] Landing a critical hit spawns a Halo of Blades around the target, dealing 5x your base attack after 3s (5s cooldown).
[Tier 2] Now additionally releases an explosion around the target, dealing equal damage to nearby enemies.
[Tier 3] Instead, half of all your damage dealt while the Halo is active is stored and unleashed after 3s.
