Ability modifications

Lost Magic Frost Storm modifier - Frost Storm becomes a much older variation lost to time. Turns the ability into Ancient Frostcall: unleashes a line of falling icicles before you (2 + 2 per rank), damaging and slowing enemies at 2.7x +0.05x/rank damage with a 5s cooldown and a stacking ancient ice mark.
