Ability modifications

Zealot March Tier Set [4 tiers] [Tier 1] Every second, the damage of Consecrate increases by 20% against enemies that stay inside. [Tier 2] Enemies hit by Rebuke are struck with lightning, dealing additional 30% of the ability's damage. [Tier 3] Prayer of Comfort's healing and stamina recovery is halved and no longer affects allies, but the ability grants you 15% bonus damage and Ability Radius. [Tier 4] Smite releases three holy skulls consecutively, reducing target's mobility by 20% for 5 seconds on hit.

Requires the Zealot perk stacked to tier 4: sends out three holy skulls, doubles the mana cost, and deals extra damage (applied server-side).
