Heal all nearby allies (including yourself). Every 100 health an ability restores to you or an ally builds a Holy Surge stack, which Judgement consumes for bonus damage. (Requires staff.)

Recast damage beam removed: healing allies no longer lets you recast Holy Surge to fire a damaging beam. Cooldown: 8s → 3s. Base healing: 100 → 225. Mana cost: 20 (+10 per rank) → 45 (+15 per rank). First upgrade path: Wrathful (+0.65 damage multiplier and +0.5s recast time per rank) → Potent (+75 healing per rank). Radiant path: +50 healing, +0.2 damage multiplier and +2.5 radius per rank → +5 radius per rank. Holy Surge stacks: previously gained for each ally healed and spent on the recast beam (+30% damage per extra stack); now gained whenever any of your ability heals restores at least 100 health, lasting 8s (refreshed when you gain a stack), up to 20 stacks, each adding +10% damage to your next Judgement. Heal now only applies stacks and healing when someone nearby is actually missing health. PvP: beam dealt 80% damage with stacks capped at 10 → heals for 75% of normal.

Interactions

Heals every wounded ally within the radius, including you, in a single cast; there is no recast and no beam.
When Heal restores health, it starts Holy Surge stacks. While they are active, your ability heals add 1 stack for every 100 health they restore to each target (rounded down), up to 20 stacks.
Holy Surge stacks last 10 seconds, and gaining a stack resets that timer. Your next Judgement deals +10% damage per stack (up to +200% at 20 stacks) and consumes the stacks 3.5 seconds after its first hit.
Heals for 75% of the normal amount in PvP.
