The Tinkerer arrives in the Pit with the Repairing the Machine quest, rewarding a reworked Forgotten Pickaxe, alongside the new Reanimated Fish, a tougher Ancient Ore, and the new Acid Slime monster.

Monster Gorgog Guardian v1330 Gorgog Guardian's lore now credits Professor Nanderthel of Altdorf, rather than Professor Gorgog, as the scientist behind the original design.

Other Changes

The Tinkerer, a new NPC in the Pit, offers the one-time level 40 quest Repairing the Machine: gather 1,000 each of Rusty Screw, Rusty Cog, Rusty Spring, and Rusty Gear from Ancient Ore plus 50 Reanimated Fish to earn the Forgotten Pickaxe.

Ancient Ore is now a Mining level 20 node with a new look: health increased from 300 to 3,000, required Mining level raised from 1 to 20, and respawn time lengthened from 10 to 15 minutes. Reaching Mining level 20 now lists Ancient Ore in the depths of the Pit as a new unlock.

Added Altdorf Ruins to the location list, with a recommended level of 20 and up.
