A typical no-good pirate that plagues the seas. As if Port Fidelio hasn't gone through enough, now they have to worry about being attacked by pirates. Scallywags plunder the seas, loot shipwrecks, and attack trading vessels going to and from Port Fidelio. They're a scourge on the seas, and they only continue to grow in number.
