The most bloodthirsty Vesterian to wander the seas. Aevrul belongs to a race of Vesterians that has been long forgotten by the sun: the Asnelars. So many Asnelars still worshipped Vesra, including the Abyssal Hunters. Aevrul was disgusted by their sentiment, and vowed to open the eyes of his people.

Aevrul exposed the folly of his homeland. Most of his kind rallied behind him, and violence broke out against those who continued to worship Vesra. The Asnelars were furious, they finally saw that the only god that saw value in them was Terul, for it was his darkness that kept them safe in the ocean abyss.

Aevrul became a prophet, the evoker of Terul. After dawning the armor of the kraken, he vowed to cleanse his race of those who wished to hold them back. He started with the Abyssal Hunters, who were quickly eradicated. After their lose, they split up and became the Pysces, Ikthys, and Syron Broods, and fled their homeland to avoid Aevrul.
