Unstable Rune

Legendary Tier 9 consumable scroll Important id #5828 Added Oct 12, 2026

A rune imbued with Goliath's energy, wrought by the Tinkerer with scrap and patience. Its magic resonates with Dynamic equipment only. [ 5-15% Critical Strike Chance ] [ 3-9% Magic Damage Increase ] [ 5-15% Ability Radius ]

Special behavior

A guaranteed-success rune that only works on Goliath swords, staves, and daggers, granting one random bonus: Critical Strike Chance, Magic Damage Increase, or Ability Radius. Each bonus is equally likely, with a 60% chance of the low roll (5% crit, 3% magic damage, or 5% radius), 35% for the middle roll (10%, 6%, or 10%), and 5% for the top roll (15%, 9%, or 15%). Applying it replaces any bonus the weapon already had from a rune or jade.
