Opening it awards one random prize from a weighted lottery including consumables (3 mushroom soups, 30 mighty subs, cursed attack/defense scrolls), social items (megaphone, name tag, ink & quill), any of eight item dye colors, or a rare mush pet (about 0.7% chance). It fails to open if the player is dead or lacks inventory space.
