Special behavior

An enchanting scroll for ocean-themed equipment sets (such as Sunken, Abyssal, Deepsea, and Hermit), with weapon attack, armor defense, headgear stat, and fishing rod variants. Its equipment scrolls apply attack, defense, or headgear stat upgrades, and the weapon, armor, and headgear versions can now award a small bonus stat when the scroll lights up.
