Special behavior

When used, hatches into one random pet with rarity odds heavily skewed toward higher tiers: 5% Common, 15% Uncommon, 55% Rare, and 25% Legendary, after which a specific pet is rolled from the chosen pool with weighted chances (e.g. Turtle is 50% within the Rare pool and Monkey 55% within the Legendary pool). Requires a living character and a free inventory slot to open.
