Special behavior

An enchanting scroll with a 30% success rate designed for Golden Dragon and Lunar New Year gear, though it works on any weapon, shield, tome, instrument, armor, or headgear. On success regular items get +6 attack/defense or +4 headgear stats, LNY and Dragon items get +8 or +5, and each specific Golden Dragon weapon receives a tailored extra stat (e.g. +2 STR on the sword, +2 DEX on the dagger, +2% block on the shield). Successful applications also make two attempts to add bonus enchantment lines, with the chance per line starting at 20% and rising to 45% if the item already has that stat or 95% on an exact repeat enchantment.
