View full breakdown Trigger: 8% chance on any hit → every 8th basic attack hit, tracked as Dragon Scales on your HUD (scales reset after 5s without a basic attack hit). Only basic attacks build scales; abilities and the burn itself no longer trigger it. Splash damage: one fifth of the triggering hit → 100% of the triggering hit, to all enemies within the radius (radius unchanged at 16). Burn: 40% of the triggering hit → 100% of the triggering hit over 3.5s (duration and 35% slow unchanged). Still does not work offhand.
