When opened by a living character, awards 1 to 3 random rare items (30% chance for a second roll, then 40% for a third) drawn from a weighted pool dominated by cursed weapon and armor scrolls and boss weapons like forgotten/spider weapons and blades, with rare long shots like the Spider Queen Crown or Mysterious Orange Hat at tiny weights. A golden particle burst plays on success; fails if your inventory is full.
