Special behavior

When opened by a living character with inventory space, awards a random non-banned item from the game's base item catalog; stackable rewards arrive in larger quantities the more common the item's quality tier is (99 for the lowest tier scaling down to 8 for gold tier and 1 for above), with a few special items capped at 1-3. A long banned list excludes gifts, pets, eggs, and other special items from the roll.
