ENCORE: Grant yourself and up to 5 nearby allies Tempo instead. If they already have your Tempo, restore a flat amount of mana and 15% of their missing mana.

Tempo: Grants increased movement speed, mana regeneration and your healing and shielding on anyone with this Tempo.
