Release a blast of holy magic that heals allies and damages and marks your enemies. Dealing ability damage to marked enemies deals a percentage of flare's (once per unique ability) and restores mana (once per target) while they remain marked. (Requires staff).

With Compassionate Flare, path 2 gains a +5 radius stat change. Without Compassionate Flare, those added mark duration and radius path stat changes are cleared.
